FAST Global Solutions Recruitment Campaign

FAST Global Solutions, a leader in the manufacturing of airline, air cargo and material handling equipment, wanted to garner interest in open employment opportunities at their locations in Glenwood, Minnesota and Falls City and Auburn, Nebraska.

Spark27 created an integrated marketing strategy campaign and deliverables across multiple channels that would reach the right audiences, showcase open positions, and highlight the benefits of joining the FAST team. Spark27 updated design, content, photo and videography for all of their digital media efforts and added new channels and mediums. Altogether, these efforts successfully helped FAST reduce the number of open positions on their team, and built the foundation for solid recruitment strategies and retention.
